Hello Dr.s,

I had my level II scan at 20 weeks pregnancy yesterday everything is normal except an isolated echogenic intracardiac focus on baby's heart. They say it is one of the symptoms of Trisomy 21. My Gynaecologist says not to worry and get another scan at 24weeks. But how can I not be worried or shouldn't I be. Should I definitely get a NIPT test done too??
