hello drs, im very tensed. na to mera weigt badh rha h na baby ka. dr bolti h isme meri koi galti ni ..pr kchh suggestion bhi ni deti mai kya kru. baby weight badhane k liye diet btaiye pls. mai working woman hu offc me bhi koi support ni h. mai apne baby ko khona ni chahti. :(

no worries dear, protein paane ke aur bhi tareekein hai - moong sprouts, different types of dals, beans, milk,chickpeas,almonds, pumpkin seeds, spinach, corn, avocado... all these have protein... main non-veg hoon, but bahut rarely khati hoon... mera main item toh moong sprouts hi the 😆

kisi kisi ko weight kam hota hai, isse nahi pata chalta ki baby badh raha hai ki nahi, <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @6372cbe03f31520016a69f1f </b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font> is right... lekin, its better ki aap kisi aur se scan karao, taki sure ho jaye ki baby badh raha hai... zyaada protein khao aap.. aapka food kaise hai? ache se khaa toh rahi ho naa aap?.. moong sprouts, chicken, chote machli, egg whites etc khao... ragi lena, 3 ltrs. pani peena, sabzi khana... pro-pl roz liya karo....
