i would suggest you to wait for b-hcg reports... then only somethings can be suspected..

ur gestational age by lmp is 11 weeks n tht by ultrasound is 9. also the fetal length is way past the time when a heartbeat should appear. a repeat scan or hcg evaluation maybe done to confirm tht this is not a viable pregnancy. heartbeat is usually seen by 7 to 8 weeks.
