i faced similar problem.. my son had too many on face n body.got an allergy.consulted doc..he said continue to  apply pure coconut oil..for bathing he suggested Sebamed soap n gave cream / ointment to.be applied on those marks.hes face is much clear now..so better consult ur doc..
