Am 29th weeks pregnant. I want to know proper diet chart...what to eat in morning, afternoon and night?
Am overweight... Am not feeling babby movements much? Is that the reason? Pls help me how i shud keep myself stress free...:( Pls am immatured childish.. i am unable to bond with my babby..am just concerned abt husband whole world...i want to bond with my babby..pls help me..!! Only 2 months remaining for me....pls help me with best food to grow babby and feel movements....thank you..!! My babby bump is also too small...am too worrieddd...

Firstly it's your stress that's gonna affect your baby and your health. Relax, be positive. Whatever you feel ur baby knows it all. Happiness is nowhere I always say people it's within you, enjoy this phase keep urself positive, do things that makes you feel better. Have a well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods, fast foods, fatty foods. Include a lot of high fibre food. Eat small meals at frequent intervals. Avoid caffinated drinks. Meditate, listen to music and walk after each meal for a few minutes. TC n hugs to you

Try to sing and talk to your baby as it again make a bond with your baby. Pregnancy yoga will also help but for this you need to ask you doctor once. <br>
Next comes the food you should eat. Load your meals with fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals, lentils, milk products and egg. Drink adequate water and juices. <br>
Last but not the least comes peace of mind. It very important to keep yourself calm and positive. It always effect your baby if gets angry and sad. Think about it do you want a happy baby or a angry baby.<br>
