you can do keep the milk in room temperature for 4-6 hours depending on the heat and humidity condition. you can refrigerate for 3-4 days. when you take it out, bring it to room temperature and give it to the baby.

At room temperature 6-8hrs. You can refrigerate breast milk for <b>three to five days</b> and freeze it to keep it fresh even longer. <u>Thawed</u> breast milk will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours (but don't refreeze it).
