Dont worry.; Sit on the front. Place the belt right.; Keep lots of juices and water but before leaving home sip on cold milk NOT water to avoid much pee stops. If you've to pee; choose good hygienic petrol pumps.; Also, make sure you carry dry fruits and nuts too. Carry some healthy snacks. Stretch your legs well and recline right on the seat.; Good luck.
