Yoga means it is a Union of the mind, the body and emotions....The practice of yoga teaches you to do your work without any expectations, to stay balanced in every situations, to behave truthfully and to attain enlightenment... Some people think if I move my hands and legs yoga is over NO that's not Yoga... In yoga first thing is your breathing techniques when you follow your breathing concentrate on that you will come to know how your body has been designed and what is the importance of every breath which you inhale and which you exhale...
While inhaling you take sufficient oxygen inside you which called "pranavayu" and while exhaling you throw out so many toxins from your body with carbon dioxide these inhale and exhale process is the key of yoga.... Many of you don't know that deep inhaling and exhaling also help to reduce weight and also it helps to keep your lungs fit and strengthen your lungs... Helps to cure all kind of respiratory system related diseases... Pranayama is one of the most important breathing exercises which helps for fat loss, asthma, allergies, skin diseases, heart diseases, kidney stones, cancer, fibroids and many more...
