I am 22 weeks with twin pregnancy. my last usg done at 19 weeks suggest cervical length 3.3 encirclage done.but according to doctor clinical I have a very short cervix. and am on strict bed rest. Does cervical length by usg and clinical differ. I am on uterine relaxants n progestrone.
Does the stich loosen by baby weight.
what else precautions should I take to avoid preterm labour pain.

yes doctors decide on the basis of clinical examination and USG. each have their distinct benefits and limitations. rest medications is tightening ( in case of short cervix) and positive attitude give best results. all the <u>best</u>
