Hello everyone. I am a working mom and my working hours are not fixed so sometimes it becomes like I'm leaving my daughter from 8:00am to 8:00 pm. We live in joint family and have more than 15members. My daughter is 2yrs old and whenever I tried to spent time with her she refuses to be with me and cries to go with other people in family. I really get hurt with this. Pls provide solutions as how I can make her play with me spend more time with me.
