if it is hexaxim then painful is better but if it is pentaxim then you can go ahead. however I have ready that painful vaccines actually help in building immunity. the first time I went in for painless but it still caused my baby a lot of discomfort so I decided to go painful for the second vaccination and I thought that was much better

painless vaccines have less immunity than painful ones.
also painless are more expensive. painless does not mean there will be no pain while vaccination - it means there will be no pain after once the vaccination is over.
