Hello everyone

I wanted to ask that my son is 15days old...and still his naval is not fine.. I saw some blood stain and minor bleeding which really bothering me. The elders in my family are saying this is normal and to apply lukewarm Mustard oil many times in a day cure it. I am using intasoprin powder also for this. I need advise is it normal or a great matter of concern. Plz suggest some remedy or solution for this.
