Hello everyone, i would like to know is good to do 100 squats everyday in 27 weeks pregnancy?

This will be too much according to your gestational age I will not advise you to do this much of exertion doing 10 squats every 3 hours is ok in pregnancy. But not exceeding 50 over all in a day

According to my knowledge n prenatal classes.... u hv to start slowly with deep breathing.... start 5 rep.5 tym thn gradually u cn increase but slowly (add 5 rep)drink water in btwn maintain ur hydration coz this exercise not for calorie or fat loss... whenever u feel breathlessness immediately stop. Take permission first n discuss with ur gynecologist... she knws ur physical n pregnancy condition.
i m 27 weeks pregnant, i started squats from 2nd trimester 10reps 3sets. now are days i do 33reps 3sets of squats. i want to increase it to 200 squats until labour. is it good ???? please DRs help me to find out
