question
Hello everyone, I'm losing a lot of sleep on this. Please help!!! My baby is 2 and a half weeks old. Till a few days ago, I had started leaking milk from my nipples when the baby had to be fed. Also my breasts felt heavy when a feed was due. Now suddenly, my breasts feel light all the time and no milk is leaking out. Does this mean I am not making enough milk? Also, earlier my baby looked content after feeding from one breast, now I need to put her on to the other breast 5mins after finishing one breast.. What can I do to ensure I am making enough milk?

just add oats and jeera to your diet and keep feeding . breasts produce more milk when the baby feeds more. there are some days when babies go through growth spurts and that is when they feed more.  almost every one hour or so.  this lasts for a two to three days and then it comes back to normal

hello Sf not leaking doesn't mean you're not producing enough milk.&#160; if the baby is peeing 6-7 times a day,&#160; it is most likely that baby is getting enough milk.&#160; <font color ="#3b5998"><b><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/article/1044">Recipe On How To Increase </a></b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/article/1044">breastmilk</a></b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/article/1044"> </a></b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/article/521">Top 5 Tips To Successfully Breastfeed And Keep Milk Supply In Check For Working Moms</a></b></font>
