You need to check the weight recommendations given by the manufacturer as it depends on type of fabric used.<br> You can wear usually from birth uptill 3 or even 5 yrs.<br> A Ring Sling and a Meh Dai are both constructed differently. While I loved Ring Slings for its ease of ins and outs, I know of parents who equally vouch for a Meh Dai.
