Avoiding in first trimester is advisable...check with your gynea please as she knows your case better. Dnt be stressed or nervous for anything.take <u>care</u>

If there are no complications involved in your pregnancy it is alright... but still better to clear it with your gynaec as she knows your case <u>better</u>
