hello everyone ...m 25 week preganant plz meko diet chart bta do bcz mere beby ki growth nhi ho rhi h ...6 month ke ultrascan me beby ka weight 400gm hi h ...or meko koi suggest krne wala bhi nhi so plz help me...

yes meko b starting se doctor ne milk k sath protein powder likhke dia Hai.. have sprouts like moong chana once in 2-3 days. have one fruit of ur choice everyday nd coconut water once in 3 days sab maintain ho jaega baki normal khao aap jaise karte ho overeating is not necessary healthy eating is must ..

Hey simmi.. Hv protein rich diet like lentils.. Soya flour u can add to ur wheat flour while making dough... <br>
Hv almonds n walnuts.. <br>
U can also hv Sunflower n pumpkin seeds 1tbsp soak it overnight wid moong n chana.. N make a healthy sprouts out of it.... Have milk daily widout fail... Hv fresh fruits n juices...; <br>
