I felt like giving up many times and still feel so on the days that i get exhausted. But again i gather myself to try for one more day. I read atleast one breast feeding succes story on babychakra to keep myself going. @637371add28b060015d99780 's post on breastfeeding and @616d5263791e5a0013a04aa4 's post about preemie in her take over has been very inspiring. I also talked over phone to Akanksha Bajaj and Satarupa B Kaur for guidance which boosted my confidence a lot. And after that my baby's satisfied look after a succesful session of breast feeding is also making me work towards it.

Doctor must have given some thing like lactaways or lactihep to drink with milk twice a day. Drink it ritually. Stick to a good lactation diet consisting of boiled veggies mostly pappaya and lauki. Have Sagoo kheer in the evening or night. Sprinkle dry roasted cumin powder to all ur curries and food items. Also increase the quantity of cumin in the tadka of dals and curries. Drink 5 to 6 liters of water or even more if needed.
Try to latch the baby in early morning. As the flow or u may say the let down reflex comes strongly at that time, bcz of high prolactin levels in blood at early morning time.i usually get this let down between 4 to 6 am.
