Hello everyone , my 3 months old baby is having fever from today early morning. I called doctor but he is out of station, still after explaining the situation, he suggested medicine which I have already given( 3dose given). At first after the 1st and 2nd dose she passed some gas and then pooped. But still she is crying after every fifteen minutes and the fever has come down only a little bit. What may be the reason,!; Can anyone help. M really tensed
