Hello everyone

My little one is 1 month 18 days old. I put 45th day vaccinations on Thursday. Her thigh got swollen and now it become very hard. my paediatrician said it may due to blood clot or pus. so he suggest to meet paediatric surgeon.i'm so much tensed and scared.is there any way to cure it. pls help me
