do not use ready food except cerelac or nestum. newest it give food prepared by you. precooked food always comes with a preservative which is not good.

Hi Leena it is not advisable to use packaged food for babies especially if u can cook for him . However there are few brands like Gerber, go cheese, Heinz etc that are available in the market. However use them only and only during emergency scenarios.
