usually 3 week old babies get such boils because of rough and strong massage on the skin. my doctor recommended not to massage babies for 2 weeks after they re born. then after 3 Rd week starts, we massaged with any mild and natural oil like  mamaearth oil. te oil is natural and safe and we did not ace the problem again.

it's due to heat ... just massage wid coconut oil wid pinch of turmeric before giving bath ...
