Hey I wanted to reply to this question yesterday night itself but got held up. As others said keep your nipples soft and supple but last minute cracks might happened but that's fine when you rub it with breast milk it will become soft. Few things I did before delivery for BM .. <br>
1. I read lot issues about latching in baby chakra so I prepared and stayed so positive that my baby will latch properly.. I kept praying for that. My daughter latched like a pro 😊 and nurses use to say Arey wah! So keep saying that and carve in your mind he/she going to latch perfectly.
2. I was positive that I will have abundance of milk to give,; I believed in that and bingo I have good supply.
3. Buy yourself a nursing pillow.. I highly recommend that. It will help you and the baby.. it will cost you between 700 to 1000.
All the best to you!
