its true u have to be mentally strong...when i had my first c section i was mentally strong and recovered soon...2 nd time due to wk mind i recovered late

hii I had 2 c-sections 
my second one being easy I am normally able to do mine and my baby's work (except bending) by the 6th day 
whereas during first c-section it took me 2-3 weeks to do that 
being a mum makes u strong and gives u ability to achieve milestones u thought u could never do 
..be it normal or a c-section&nbsp; If ur mentally prepared and strong no pains will stop u u cn gt bk to normal soon

vase I am traveling on&nbsp; 5th march.. my c section was done on 8 jan 
. is it fine

in c section proper recovery is 6 wks

in c section after 3 weeks I can do all wrk but careful I have 2 c section&nbsp; and due to bending a lot I ve back ache but now days in big city dey told u some execrices.&nbsp; which help u
