hello everyone...I m seeing ma baby having severe cough on alternate dayz especially while feeding he used to cough a lot n starts crying loudly even though I am giving medicine as per doc's prescription..now he is not having potty also for last two dayz as he is bf n strtd with solid also for once in a day then for how many dayz shld i wait for him to potty...plz help

Once you start solids stools should be more regular. However if baby does not pass stools for a couple of days but when stools happen and they are soft then there is no worry. Ensure that you give him some water as well now that you have started solids. Cough seems to be a strong let down which means that a lot of milk is going in and this causes a choking feeling if baby is not able to swallow rapidly. Try feeding baby in a more upright position as gravity will help the milk to go down faster.
