hello everyone..my baby is 1 month 4 days old. during delivery time my baby born in critical condition. so he was admitted to NICU right after delivery. doctors haven't cleaned my baby after delivery. we are advised m not to give bath to baby until he is 1 month old.after10-12 days his skin peeled off. now we can't see any peeling on his skin. some old wives tale is if we don't use egg just few days after delivery then the peeling skin will permanently get settle on his skin and will cause disease after some years. how will i treat this problem.should I consult doctor??pls give ur suggestions.
my babies were also born premature dear. i was nt allowed to make them bath till they were 3 kgs.. so eventually my babies had their frst bath when they were 3 n half months old.. by the end of sixth month dirty skin peeled off on its own through massaging n bathing.
