Hello expertise..  I delivered a beautiful baby boy a months back with normal delivery. Now da problem is I can't control my pee n stools. N thr s some pain in ma vaginal muscles. Wat should I do.?? Please help.

Hey try yoga and exercise. Loose muscle take few months to get back.

Hai Dear.. That's true. After normal pregnancy...some muscles and the area will be loose. please practice kegel exercises. Even I have same issue and even couple of my friends. Voluntarily visit bathroom frequently. Things will settle slowly, don't worry.
