Hello experts and mommies. M 38 weeks 2 days today. I had my internal check up today. dr said OS is closed and cervix has bcum soft. i have no discharge till date.

it means body is preparing for the big day.. when cervix becomes soft, os starts dilating, then the labour pain starts.. dont worry,, with your doctor's consent do squats and brisk walks which helps for labour..
