hello experts n moms, my daughter is of 3 months.as I mentioned in my before question, she was nt ready to latch me n bm quantity also came down. so I started by expressing milk n feeding her with bottle. Bt from last sm days my right breast became hard n heavy. it's paining too much.while expressing also it's painful. pls help me.
