Hello experts! Need help urgently.Can any expert can explain me my 5th month scan report says foetal right kidney shows minimally dilated renal pelvis it measures 3.4mm.Is there any chance of any disorder in my baby? Though my gynaecologist told me it's not an issue n if might disappear with in 24weeks of gestation. Still as a mom M worried.Please suggest ASAP you can.Thanks in advance.
the dilatation is very minimal. most likely will disappear. your doc will monitor it . don't worry.

Your doctor is right. This generally settles down in a few weeks and well before birth. Your doctor will monitor you for amniotic fluid levels as that would be the major cause for concern if it does not settle. A minor dilation is fairly common. Relax.
