please get a stool test done and do not start any medication without consulting with the doctor first

Hello experts....my son (7 months old) has passed stool around 9-10 times from today afternoon and from last 3 times i can see blood in his stool.....i am going to see doctor tomorrow first thing in the morning but anything serious about this? pls guide as I'm really tensed. pls see pic below.
