Abhi se AAP khoob Pani Pina shuru krdo .
Drink10-12 glass water daily.
Also u can have coconut water, juices, etc.

Stay positive, it happens in few mommies. Drink plenty of water and fluids. Eat high water rich foods like tomatoes, watermelon, cucumbers, radish, strawberry, lettuce, spinach, broccoli etc to improve AFI. TC hope you will feel better soon
