**and here is a special recipe for kids: ***Coconut Cookies 1 cup wheat flour
1/2 ghee or butter
1/2 powdered sugar
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2-3 drops Vanilla essense
2-3 tbsp milk Method **Bit very well powder sugar , vanilla essence and butter/ghee till it start to become fluffy **Then add the desiccated coconut and mix well properly, now add the wheat flour and milk. **Mix well everything properly and make a soft dough from it . making small round balls from dough slightly press using hand or use the cookies cutter to give any shape of your choice . **Put in on the butter paper or baking tray . **Pre heat oven for 7-8 min at 200 degree then bake it for 140-160 degree for 15-17 minutes till golden brown. **Remove it on wire rack for that it cool down completely. . **Serve it with a tea or coffee or as a just snack..
