Hello...<br>
First, realize that hemorrhoids normally do not hurt, but may bleed painlessly, if they do hurt, the hemorrhoids may have moved to the outside of the anal canal (or prolapsed) during a bowel movement and become enlarged. If, in addition, hemorrhoids develop a blood clot, (or become thrombosed), they can become especially painful.... first confirm whether it is piles or fissure... and if stools are not passed easily then please visit your doctor again... dont hesitate... some remedies to get relieved- In painful hemorrhoids sit in warm water for 15 minutes, several times a day — especially after a bowel movement- Sitz bath do wonders... Have some Warm water befor going to pass stool... Start eating whole grain products if you suffer from hemorrhoids. Whole grain products contain a good amount of fiber, which is highly effective in relieving hemorrhoid symptoms and bleeding. This nutrient helps clean out the gastrointestinal system, preventing constipation and allowing the colon to work more efficiently. Fiber-rich foods can soften stool and increase its bulk, which helps reduce straining in bowel movements... Some of the best whole grain products are oats, barley, maize, brown rice, millet, quinoa and buckwheat.

firstly you need to show to your doctor to confirm your diagnosis. piles is a common problem during pregnancy. it will not cause ant harm to your baby. the pain in piles is usually due to hard stools. plenty of fluids and high fiber diet should help. you may also be started on a stool softener by your doctor.
