Hello friends, I am little scared because it's my 12th week and I have gained nearly 4 kg weight. Even though I am doing all household work and eating almost the same as before conceiving. Please Suggest ways to keep a check on weight during pregnancy!

Eat healthu, stay happy and active. For some people weight gain is too much and for some very less. Lots of medical factors involved so dpmt worry about that. Avoid all kind of unhealthy/junk food. Have healthy meals and tk meals at smaller intervals and keep track of your portion

Hi Priyanka don't think of weight loss or anything now, eat well. Avoid sugary items like cakes, cookies, chocolate, etc and avoid eating out. You can eat everything homemade.
