I am an ent specialist. Its an ear infection . Requires immediate start of ear drops ... u can use raybiotic ear drops 1 drop three times a day . May require cleaning by doctor. Don’t try to clean at home . Just mop whatever comes out . Keep ear dry . Use cotton plug at bath time .

Plz show to doctor immediately... looks like infection.. eat infection can happen when babies have cold or water goes inside eat...
