hello friends plx help me..I have very lite bleeding yesterday I got my periods ..but from 3 4 days I am having back pain, tiredness, fatigue ..feeling veey low and having lower abdominal pain also..tkday is second day so no or ewual to no bleeding..are these the early signd of pregnancy is there any chanced.
