You can't do anything Ur gynac will guide u for the c section

My baby had the same. Please don't worry the fluid keeps the cord floating and not tight around the baby's neck. Also by the time you deliver your baby may untangle itself. Listen to your Gynac and follow his/ her instructions. Don't stress, many <u>babies</u> tangle and untangle themselves in the womb when moving.
