Today visited the pead doctor for flu vaccination as he completed 6 months today, so weighed him, his weight is 8.3 . Last august his weight was 7.3, my question is as he is completely on bf so thats why his weight didnt increased so far? As he is growing he needs solid food for that?
The doctor suggested lactogen 2 formula also for him? Is that safe?
Hw to make formula? I dont know dear, never used bottle milk for him 😁😁😁😁😂😂

Hi really sorry to say but please take 2nd opinion, 1 kg weight increase is good and from now the weight gain will be slow only. Bottle feeding is not good plus he won't take it because he is exclusively breastfed baby. Imagine 8.3 kg is all your blood which turned to milk, it is you who nourished him so far. Take pride in that and continue breastfeeding.
