Why don't you discontinue the supplement for three days and see if you feel better. Then you can ask the doctor for another brand. You can also take a smaller dose which could be once a day at night.

the fetal brain multiplies it's need of omega 3 in the third trimester by three to five times and many times we may not consume as much. Hence today most doctors are also recommending a supplement in the third trimester.
