Hello frnds, I am upset, and by any reason I am getting hyper and my family is also not understanding me they think that I am getting hyper so I am wrong and because of that I had not taken food whole day and my stomach is also painting what should I do and who can I explain my family

don't do it again dear skipping meals  is a big NO during this time . Getting emotional and hyper over petty issues and even crying for no reason can happen . talk to your partner or someone you are close to .  try to divert the mind.  stay happy and enjoy.

Rupali why haven't you taken food? Food is tye most important!! Rest all follows!! Eat and then try and calm yourself down . . Sleep over it and then talk to your husband and family araam se. &#128158;
