Hello frnds,  i m in 12th week of pregmancy,  ap prenatal exercises shuru kar deni chahiye kya?  N ye exercises kya hoti h n kese karni h pls suggest me.

Hi anon, you can start pre natal yoga after the first trimester, so usually after the 14th week. If you haven't practiced before, it is advisable to join a class or learn from some expert. There are asanas which will keep you strong and also energetic. If practiced regularly it will help you through pregnancy and delivery. Also post pregnancy recovery becomes easier. As anisha suggested, check youtube videos. Search for beginner prenatal yoga. But get medical advice before you begin. Tc

You can check out Lata dutta's prenatal exercise videos on youtube.. My gynac suggested me that only .. But do only the ones u are comfortable with.. Dont try to over do it !!
