Please try meditation and light exercises. It will help you relax. And avoid spicy and food with high salt content.

High BP can lead to a lot of complications including a very extreme case of pre-eclampsia.
But good news is that BP can be easily managed with controlled diet and exercise.
If ur doctor has allowed then go for early mrng walks, preferably on grass which has dew, u shud walk bare foot only 10-15 mins.
In dietary restrictions u shud avoid high salt diet, don't consume achar, papad, chutney, sauces, ketchup, food which has maida, uncooked salt.
And keep monitoring your BP regularly. If u r doing it using digital bp monitor then ensure u do it accurately.
I would suggest that u get your BP measured by doctor using the old BP machine only. Take care!
