For me when I have gas or upset stomach I feel backpain and also some pain around the pelvis.... So eat things that are less spicy and have some ajwain seeds for gas and saying water is also safe..u can munch some pudina leaves....

It's normal sometimes but it's always good to consult ur Dr in early <u>weeks</u>..try to walk for 10-20 min daily may be possible it's gas as told by neha
