thanx roopshree. actually it's the problem of my husband . he can't lie on his back . the mattress lost its shape where he lies. I have changed the sides . but nothing improve .

Back ache is common in pregnancy. If you have any other conditions before it..please ask once to your gyno. I prefer somewhat medium hardness. Best is the traditional cotton mattress.
