Hello..<br> yes you can go for the test now also.. you are not supposed to drink even water and to be empty stomach for atleast 10 hours.. hence, go for the test in morning and give the blood sample while fasting, then they will give a oral glucose liquid, after two hours again sample is collected..

gtt is done to know if you have gestational diabetes. you will be given concentrated glucose drink and you will be tested before tge drink, then after 1 hour of drinking, then after 2 hours. you are not supposed to drink water also. that's how it was done for me.
