Hello Geonka mam and expert,  from 4 th month our doc asked us to start Tonoferron named iron drops and we started initially we saw slight blackish poop but later sometime we seen some tiny reddish brown granules in poop,  same informed to my doc he said do  test named RE/ME and OCCULT Blood stool test report came negative.  We decided to stop iron drop and her poop became normal yellow usually.  Again we started and again we saw same thing in her poop.  Please suggest I have posted twice this issue but haven't got any expert advice please suggest mam.  Do we need to discontinue or what we are so tensed.
