Hello girls! I am not feeling so well today. Achy legs didn't let me have a good sleep last night. So I woke up with head reeling and palpitation. I took breakfast ( upma sambar) and slept again. I woke up now feeling very weak. I have eaten a banana. I don't feel like heating up the lunch or having it. I like my lone time so much but in such situations it can be so overwhelmingly awful; I had neber ever thought. Still feeling so sleepy. @asha chaudhry Di, I promised that I ll walk but couldn't go for walk today also. I am so sorry!
