being a creators club member today i m going to write about the topic which i thing few of you are known..
BREATH HOLDING SPELLS

Breath holding spells are brief periods when your young childrens stop breathing upto 1 min...These spells often cause a child to pass(lose consciousness)

Breath holding spells usually occurs when a young child is angry, frustrated,in pain or afraid..But the spell is a reflux...These can occur in children 6 months to 6 yrs of age..

These r of two types..

1)CYANOTIC SPELL-This is caused by a change in the child's usual breath pattern, usually in response to feeling angry or frustrated..Its the most common type..

2)PALID SPELL-This is caused by a slowing of the child's heart rate, usually in response to pain..

Some Children may have both types of spells at one time or another..

Breath holding spells are not serious also dont cause lasting damage..They go away on their own..In some children, breath holding spells may be relayed to iron deficeincy...

I will share the symptoms of breath holding attacks in my next post..So for know more plz follow my following hashtags

Hi good to know that. Yes milk hinders iron absorption from the food. Milk should not be given more than 200 ml, many do not understand. You can also do a post on this Dolly, It will help many.
