homemade food is healthy food. avoid outside food. no fried, oily and spicy food. includes more of fruits and veggies in your diet. keep yourself hydrated is the matra.

make a proper diet chart for everyday n fallow that.... having soaked dry fruits like walnuts, almonds n black reasins in the morning ,,, after that have a glass of milk,,,, take a breakfast like idli, upma, various type of parathas around 10 am .... have lunch which includes 2 veggies, Dal, chapatis , 🥗 salad.... can have friuts in the afternoon n morning too,,, add nariyal pani, nimbu pani to ur daily diet,,, have a glass of milk before sleeping in the night.... boiled corns, channa should also b added .....

Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, include nuts in your diet, avoid outside food. Drink plenty of water and fluids.
